It’s 2019 already, can you believe it?
After the holidays and break you have probably had some time to refresh and plan or set some goals for all of the things you want to achieve in 2019.
We’ve put together our top tips to keep you on track this year and hit all of those goals you’ve planned for.
- Set some goals and write them out – Studies have shown that those who write out their goals and dreams on a regular basis are more likely to achieve them. Take pen to paper and actually envision what you want to achieve this year in all aspects of your life, health and fitness, love and relationships, time and freedom, etc.
- Work with a coach or trainer – Once you’ve established your goals and what you want to achieve find someone that will help get you there and keep you accountable.
- Check-in regularly – It’s one thing to write your goals down but check back in with them regularly, sit down once a month and have a look back at them. Have you achieved them or how far you come with your results?
- Break your main resolutions into mini resolutions – It’s a lot easier to stay on track with manageable smaller things you’d like to achieve than big overwhelming goals. Break your goals into mini steps you’ll take each month to get to where you’re going.
