I started my career in my hometown of Vancouver, Canada in 2004, after completing my undergrad in Exercise Science. Since moving overseas in 2011, I have completed my Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences and become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

I specialize in postural alignment, corrective exercise, and injury management.  I train all of my clients to overcome current injuries, aches and pains, and to keep old injuries at bay, whilst improving their health and fitness.  My true passion lies with posture correction, showing clients it is possible to train through injuries and to increase their fitness levels at any age.

I have also completed an Olympic Weight Lifting certificate through the Australian Weightlifting Federation, and continue to implement these techniques with my clients.

By combining my knowledge of the body’s physiological and anatomical adaptation processes through corrective exercise and conditioning, my client base has seen dramatic changes in their bodies’ capabilities. No matter your age, fitness level, or injuries, you can still train your body to new limits, and improve your overall quality of life.

I first started working in the fitness industry over 15 years ago and have studied many forms of training disciplines from bodybuilding to endurance sports and everything in-between.

I am passionate about encouraging clients to work outside their comfort zone, achieving things they often didn’t assume possible, and generally leading a fit and healthy lifestyle.

I have been heavily involved in sport all of my life, mainly playing Rugby League and over the last few years taking part in many Triathlons.
